A great opportunity to get into the exclusive world of mergers and acquisitions. If you have 1 -2 years administrative assistant experience, great skills in MSW, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, 4-year college degree (preferred) and a desire to join a newly formed division of a world-renowned firm, send us your resume, references and salary history. You will be assisting a brand new partner and two associates create their own "piece" of the company. Client service skills, MSW, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, heavy domestic and international travel, presentations and proposals are just a few of the things you will do to keep this division going and flowing. Blue chip benefits including bonuses, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, great work/life balance too. You must have 4 - 6 years solid administrative experience working in a corporate environment for at least one executive. A 4-year degree is preferred but solid experience will be taken very seriously.
