Responsible for configuration, installation, imaging and test of software and hardware, desktop and laptop maintenance, managing help desk tickets, in-house customer service. 2-3 years similar experience plus troubleshooting with Windows, GHOST imagine software and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products.
