Real estate investment firm in Malibu is looking for a real estate paralegal with heavy title experience. Four-year college degree preferred plus Paralegal Certificate. MSW and heavy, detailed research a must.

SAP CONTROLLER (South Bay) - $175K-$190K + DOE

We are seeking that real "controller" that can take over our 300+ employee accounting division. We are a worldwide distribution headquarter company looking for a Controller with exceptional SAP experience, strong management background, stable work history and the desire to continue to innovate and build this department.

You must have 10+ years as a senior accounting professional, a BA in Accounting or related field, a CPA or MBA is preferred. We want someone with heavy transactional accounting, GAAP knowledge and strong client servicing as well as management skills. ERP system a plus.

You will be responsible for financial reporting, analyses, statements and reconciliations. You will oversee 300 people and establish timelines and deadlines for all departments, evaluations, goal setting and displining.

You will also oversee Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, improvement of processes. Travel is required. Bonuses, benefits and relocation plan is generous.
