Duties include cash management, inventory control, reconciliation accounting, deposits, cash flow management, schedule of deposits, payroll (ADP), payroll taxes. Must have excellent client services skills, A/P. A/R, ledgers reports, insurance and brokerage familiarity and experience dealing with vendors. 3+ years accounting in the restaurant industry a must. Knowledge of Restaurant Manager software a plus.
