Distribution company in Las Vegas specializing in overnight regional parcel distribution seeks leader to continue major expansion. CEO will work closely with owner, expanding all aspects of sales, operations, IT, compliance and administration. Experience in similar industry a must. Flexibility and willingness to travel required. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Projected start date: January 1.


Immediate opening in this fast-growing investment firm. Duties include phones, trade confirmations and reconciliations. College degree plus three years post-college experience. Bloomberg and Charles River a plus. NYSE hours.


California private investor who travels to Las Vegas monthly in need of personal assistant. Must know Las Vegas like the back of your hand to handle all transportation, catering, reservations, shipping, gifts, scheduling, conference rooms, etc. Available to sit in on meetings, take notes, follow-ups, correspondence, presentations.


Partner at an established investment banking firm in need of experienced, thick-skinned assistant. Must be detail-oriented and very proactive. MSW, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. College degree and 2-3 years work experience in the industry a must.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT - $85K-$100K (Northern California)

Heavy travel arrangements with eye to detail, scheduling, transportation, hotels, gifts, etc. Client is a busy celebrity who needs someone on top of things at all times.
