International Controller


We are looking for a Controller with international financial experience. The ideal candidate will have worked in a USA satellite office of an overseas firm (Australia or New Zealand preferred). You will be responsible for providing all financial reporting and complete annual operation plans, budgets and budget management, taxes (foreign tax experience required), compliance, benefits, management and training. This position requires approval of monthly budgets, handling bank accounts, payroll, credit cards, cash flow and collections. Experience with foreign government a plus.

You should have a proven record as a leader and manager. You will oversee all personnel in this location. You will report to a local Vice President and a foreign board of executives. You will handle benefits, including annual review and renewal of benefits, vendor negotiations, contract and facilities management, oversee IT, equipment, telecommunications, security, and inventory control.

A background of 7 - 10 years as a "Controller or CFO" of an International company. MS Office and Oracle, 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years management experience, solid references (thorough background check will be done) and strong work history.
