In-house legal department seeks experienced paralegal to perform wide range of corporate housekeeping/secretarial functions. Assist closing M&A transactions, maintenance of corporate books and records, federal, state and local filings. 3-5 years relevant experience. Proficient in Secretariat or similar database preferred.

Must live close to Malibu to be considered for this position. This is an excellent position for a recent college grad or someone out of high school with 1 -2 years experience in a professional office environment. You will answer phones, direct calls, greet guests, type memos, correspondence, sort and distribute mail, order office supplies, coordinate conference room reservations and a variety of clerical duties as well. Word, Excel and Outlook.
