Assistant needed for two executive wealth managers in charge of all investments for the company. Background in private wealth management or an investment firm a must, as well as excellent client service background. Must be meticulous enough to set up and maintain extensive filing system, start a database of contacts type correspondence and not be intimidated by a powerhouse of clientele.
