EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Beverly Hills) - $70K-$80K
Work for one of the true movers and shakers of the investment world. You will truly be his right arm - handling all clients, working with board members of many businesses and philanthropies, keeping heavy calendars and handling all business/personal travel, event planning, managing large contact database, draft correspondence and legal documents, work with business managers, attorneys and other vendors.
You must have a stable work history. You must have strong references. You must have exceptional skills (MSW, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You must be comfortable dealing with CEOs, Presidents, politicians, lawyers and accountants. You should have a 4-year degree, 10+ years experience in a similar position and be ready to go to work immediately.
CFO (Phoenix, AZ) - $DOE
Be on the ground floor of the opening of a new headquarters office in Phoenix. You should have a degree in accounting and hopefully be a CPA or MBA. You will be responsible for all accounting, budgeting, financial statements, general ledger account reconciliation and other analyses. You should build strong relationship abilities to work with owner, management and sales teams. Improve division through technology or proven methods from previous positions. You must possess a strong client service mentality, leadership and management skills, understand and love new technologies and have the experience to integrate them into the systems. You must have a strong understanding of GAAP and experience in multiple financial functions.
