Growing Westside Firm Private Equity firm has an immediate need for a Investor Relations/Communications Coordinator. This position supports a senior Marketing partner who is committed to doing things a little differently. This opportunity is ideal for a high energy candidate who works well with executives, creative and marketing teams. Rapidly expanding Private Equity firm is seeking a high-energy Executive Assistant to support a senior executive team. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing complex executive calendars
  • Booking international and domestic travel
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, and/or taking minutes as needed
  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Drafting and editing documents, including presentations, correspondence, and reports

Requirements:

European luxury brand is arriving in Los Angeles to establish their "flagship" Spa and Wellness Center. No expense will be spared in creating an atmoshere of beauty, tranquility and health. The Director of Spa and Wellness will work with ownership, architects, and designers to build out facility. The Director will then hire, train, purchase product, establish policies and procedures and coordinate the entire operation. You will be the commuinty liaison and work with marketing, PR, and publicity to bring in the clientele that only you can bring.
